All road transport operation including any storage & warehousing without exception is undertaken subject to RHA 2009 conditions of carriage / storage and/or the CMR convention.  Priority Transport Ltd supply it’s crane assisted transport and/or static site crane services on a CPA crane hire basis subject to the CPA model terms & conditions 2001 for crane hire. Access and egress between the public highway and the unloading area, ground conditions and the necessary insurance cover are all the responsibility of the customer / hirer / appointed person. All road transport is undertaken subject to RHA conditions of carriage 2009. By accepting our quotation and subsequent booking you agree to these terms, copies of which are available on request.
